Brenda K. Shipe, EA

Brenda Shipe is an enrolled agent that specializes in tax preparation and planning, QuickBooks assistance and set-up, bookkeeping, payroll processing and filings, and entity selection assistance.  She is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and has worked with clients of all sizes to set up accounting systems that are efficient and effective.  Brenda has over 30 years experience in accounting and bookkeeping and 19 years in public accounting. She received her Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration - Accounting degree in 2003 from Tri-State University.

​Luke G. Andrews, EA
Luke Andrews is an enrolled agent and specializes in tax preparation and planning for businesses and individuals, payroll processing and filings, accounting services for businesses, and entity selection assistance.  Luke has worked with clients of all sizes to minimize tax and increase profitability, create and maintain effective accounting procedures and records, and process payroll.  Luke has 14+ years of experience in public accounting and tax services and received his Bachelor's of Science in Accounting degree with a minor in Economics and Finance in 2009 from Huntington University.

Office Manager/Payroll Specialist

Karlene joined our firm during tax season 2022.  She has experience in both the public and private sector, with 14 years of bookkeeping experience and 11 years of payroll experience.  She is a helpful payroll and accounting team member, as well as a great office manager.

Payroll Specialist

Linda has been with our firm for 6 years and works part-time helping us process payrolls.  She has over 40 years experience in processing payrolls.
